Demo Motors collects the details you give us (such as your name, phone number, email, and details and photos of your car) so we can respond to your enquiry, value, buy or sell your car, and keep the records a licensed motor dealer must keep.

We use them only for those purposes. We don't sell your details. We share them only with people who help us do the job (for example our software and email providers, and finance or transport companies you ask us to deal with), or where the law requires it.

Your details are stored securely in Australia and overseas data centres used by our software providers. We keep them for as long as we need them, including the time the law says we must keep dealer records.
